HOW OUR CALL WILL WORK

First thing’s first, here’s how it’s going to go…

First we’ll establish what exactly it is, that you are hoping to achieve if we were to work together. We’ll get crystal clear on the goals you are hoping to achieve, just so we’re on the same page and I can be confident I can definitely help you out.

Once we’ve run through the goals you will be working towards, we’ll explore the reasons why you haven’t achieved them already, and what it is that you are struggling with – The more I know about what you are struggling with, the more clear I can be in providing you an action plan to smash through those barriers.

When we have gone through these areas, I’ll make the decision if I feel I can definitely help you, and also, whether I feel you are a good fit, and suited to my online coaching programme – If you are AWESOME, I’ll run through how it works, what’s included, and how I work with clients. If you aren’t, no stress, I’ll still provide some action steps for you to apply on your own moving forwards.

AND, just a little prep work for you, before our call, there’s a few things I want you to do….

  • Ensure you have time aside for the call with no interruptions.

  • Are in a quiet place (Not walking, driving in the car etc) If you are, our call will be rescheduled.
  • Are prepared with your goals that you’d like to work towards over the next 3-6 months. What would you REALLY like to achieve.

  • Think about your biggest struggles. What’s really holding you back right now, and what needs to be worked on for you to go from A – B
